new redbox codeWe’ve got a new Redbox code for you!

Through 12/22/14, text ALAMPE to 727272, and you will get a code back for a FREE rental!  Reserve it online at Redbox.com or try using it at a local kiosk.  You may want to reserve the movie online first to make sure the code works for you (before picking it up at a kiosk).

I believe you can also still text DBYRNE to 727272 to score a FREE 1-night DVD rental!  It should also allow you to get a Blu-Ray rental for just 50¢!  These codes you receive are both valid through 12/22/14.

Again, these codes usually work best when reserving a movie online at Redbox.com (with pickup at kiosk).  They may also work at the kiosk box and also on their mobile app.

It’s easy to reserve a movie online.  Just pick your movie, choose the location for pickup and enter your promo code.  It will indicate “free” at checkout, and they will send you instructions on how to pick it up.

You *may* be able to use this code up to 5 times on a credit card that has been used at Redbox before, and up to 3 times if it is a new card (separate transactions).

Also – if you sign up to receive their emails here – you’ll receive a FREE one-day rental too!

*Remember to have items returned by 9:00 PM the next day to avoid paying for an extra day’s rental.*

I would double check your first and last codes. I don’t think they are any good. Off the top of my head, I think F2AMA8TG3 (Expires 5/8/2013) expired in April and 7743RRRB (expires 5/7/2013) was only good online yesterday and not at a box. You can instant message Red Box to verify but there are a lot of bad codes out there.

Thanks Michelle – the second code you mentioned was reportedly said to be working earlier today for many people, even though it was supposed to expire yesterday, but you’re right – it looks like it is no longer working. I believe the other code is still good, although I haven’t tried it myself – many sources are confirming that it works – so you may want to give it a try!

  2. Thanks, but the first code mentioned tells me it has already been used.
