Kohl’s will usually accept expired Kohl’s Cash ONCE from each customer.
Their Customer Service Motto is “Yes” – so I would call them and try it!
If you have questions about your Gift Cards or Kohl’s Cash & Rewards, please call Customer Service at (866) 887-8884.

Your Kohl’s Cash should come to your email…you may want to check your spam and add the email address kohls@email.kohls.com to your approved senders/address book. If you still do not see your Kohl’s Cash email, you should contact Customer Service at (866) 887-8884.

If I buy something for $50 but the total is less than $50 because of the %off coupon, would I still get the kohls cash?

    • Jennifer K says

No. When you EARN Kohl’s cash if you use any coupons, the % comes off and will affect if you reach the $50. It’s also $50 before tax. Also of note, when you REDEEM the Kohl’s cash, the cash comes off first and then the % coupon if you have one.

if the item I purchase is less then the kohls cash that I have, do I keep the remainder of the kohls cash and use it on the next purchase?

I purchased $79.58 worth of clothes with my kohls cash this weekend (had $75 in kolhs cash). I had to pay the the difference of $4.97 with cash. There was a promotion going on where if you spend $50, you get back $10 in kohls cash. I didn’t get $10 kohls cash back. Should I have gotten $10 kohls cash back for using kohls cash to make purchases? I’m not familiar with Kohls cash. Please explain.
